Original Artworks

Original artworks are one‑of‑a‑kind pieces supplied on stretched canvas with a float frame. Delivery within Australia generally takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location. Each piece is packaged securely to ensure safe transit.

Commissioned Artworks

Commissioned artworks follow the same shipping process as original artworks. Delivery time may vary depending on the scale of the commission and the artist’s schedule. Estimated timeframes will be provided during the commission process.

Limited Edition Prints

Limited Edition Prints are created using high‑resolution scanning or photography, then colour‑matched to the original artwork and printed with UV‑stabilised inks on 310gsm 100% cotton rag or 360gsm poly‑cotton canvas.

  • Cotton rag and unstretched canvas prints are shipped unframed in a protective envelope or mailing tube. Prints should remain enclosed or rolled until professionally framed.

  • Canvas prints (360gsm poly‑cotton blend with matte laminate) are available rolled, stretched, or framed, with framing options varying by print (e.g., oak, black grain, white grain).

  • All Limited Edition Prints are printed to order. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Other Products (Vases, Socks & Gift Items)

Other products such as vases, socks, and small gift items are packaged with care and shipped via standard parcel services. Delivery times vary depending on product type and location, but most items arrive within 1–2 weeks within Australia.

  3. A personalised shipping charge is added — The accurate shipping amount is applied to your order manually.
  4. You receive a secure payment link — A payment link is sent to finalise the shipping cost.
  5. Your artwork is dispatched — After payment, your piece is shipped using premium protective packaging and a trusted international courier.
  6. Delivery timeframe — Most international parcels arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on region and customs processing.
Small & Standard Items

Small and standard items — including vases, socks, small ceramics, and unframed pieces — are shipped with the same gentle care that defines BluEyes Art. Each item is wrapped, cushioned, and prepared for travel to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
