Change of Mind

Change‑of‑mind returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for any products, including original artworks, commissions, limited edition prints, or merchandise.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or if there is a product‑related issue. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable).

  • Refunds (full or partial) will be processed once the returned item is received and assessed.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to an error by BluEyes Art.

  • BluEyes Art is not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit.

Any issues with your parcel must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
